1. Wash and chop up veggies
2. Boil or steam the veggies
3. Blend the veggies to a puréed consistency that works for your baby. I blend mine with a tablespoon of ghee to add healthy fats to her diet. You can use olive oil or unsalted butter.
4.Voila-Ready! Serve some and out the rest away 😊
